The Hollies successfully sued Radiohead for plagiarism. The hit 'Creep' was inspired by The Hollies single 'The Air That I Breathe'. Creep uses the same chord progression as in 'The Air That I Breathe' in it's verse, as well as a melody bridge following the second chorus. Radiohead now split's royalties with Albert Hammond and Mike Hazelwood (writers of The Air That I Breathe).
